YMCA’s sports programs focus heavily on Healthy Living; absence of diseases, good stamina, social-emotional and mental well-being.
Through recreational sports and team sports, we try to tackle the overweight epidemic on the island and focus on character-building, team building as well as an inclusive society.
Our values are also embodied in our sports programs. From 15:00 hours on, our members and day-visitors can make use of our sports facilities.
Our recreational sports include dodge ball, indoors soccer, volleyball and much more. Our two biggest team sports are basketball and volleyball.
